The self-making waffle station at breakfast was a DELIGHT. The staff were helpful. I needed assistance with directions and they provided accurate information. I also appreciated that the hotel is close to shopping.
I noticed that some fruits in the salad were not very fresh and the coffee WASN'T tasty.

the rooms have a kettle and iron. this is great because many european hotels don't offer these. the hotel is close to skyline plaza with a mall and food court nearby. the neighborhood is quiet and safe. i liked this location.

i loved the location near the main train station and shopping complex. my queen room was clean and really comfy. the breakfast had superb scrambled eggs, bacon, and so much more stuff! the reception people spoke perfect english and were super helpful, i cant believe it!
the aircon in my room just blew air, it wasnt cooler at all. i wish it was adjustable!

The breakfast offered very poor choices. powdered eggs are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. the coffee machines were old. One was consistently broken. this is not the experience i expect from a reputable hotel.
